CAN YOU EXPLAIN TROUBLE CODE 15 TO ME? I HAVE AN 89 GRAND CARAVAN WITH THE 3.0L WITH THE 4 SPEED (ELECTRONIC) TRANS. THE PROBLEM THAT I AM CURRENTLY HAVING IS THAT THE VAN WILL NOT SHIFT INTO 3RD GEAR, GOES FINE BETWEEN 1ST AND 2ND BUT THEN WHEN IT TRIES FOR 3RD IT GOES INTO "LIMP" MODE. Code 15 .......No Vehicle Speed Signal. Replace the input and output speed sensors (2- sensors total). Located on the front side of the transaxle. right where the tranny lines connect to the tranny. Your transmission (transaxle) is in limp mode at the moment. It doesn't realize that it needs to shift to 3rd geat. BAD SENSOR!!!
