03 Grand Caravan w/ABS brakes 93k

When applying smooth/normal braking and the van has almost come to a stop, it nudges forward a few feet... as if somebody is pushing the vehicle from behind.

Pedal and pressure feel normal.

Cannot always duplicate. Good brake linings. Good fluid level. No warning lights.
