Has there been a recall on paint job for 2002 Dodge Grand Caravans by chance?

I just noticed where the clear coat is beginning to pop off around the top of the windows of our van. Just wondering if there has been a recall or not on the paint jobs. This is a second hand car.

Peeling Paing

Recently purchased 2002 Dodge Caravan..Only 65000 miles.paint or gel coat is peeling from an area above the front windshield. Has anyone heard of a recall for this condiditon?

never heard of a recall for appearance issues. Recalls are only for safety issues mandated by the government.

heck we can't even get chrysler to recall defective strut towers which is a HUGE safety issue
