Question 1996 Grand Caravan SE Sport Driving Light Issues

Ok, most here know I have a 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan SE Sport. It had a few Sport items MIA when I bought it (finding uncapped plugs with "INSTALL" tags on them). I'm slowly replacing those missing parts. I got a set of new/used driving lights from the local auto salvage for $21.00 + $12.00 for new bulbs. The issue I am having and can't figure out for the life of me is when I plug them in they do not come on. Is there a switch I'm suppose to have on the dash of my 1996 that I'm missing? If so what does it look like (picture and location, please) so I can locate it in the salvage yard cause they are holding this 1997 Sport I found incase I need something else instead of crushing it immediately. I have taken several panels loose on my dash and can't find any wires with uncapped plugs with the "INSTALL" tag on them. PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!

Ok it dawned on me that I don't have a Fog/Driving Light Relay so I went and bought one! Now who has a Fuse Box Diagram they can take a picture of for me so I can figure out where it goes. Thanx in advance! Jason

I'm not near my van so I can't look, but I find it strange that my Haynes book shows pictures of the power distribution centers, but no diagrams of them. The book for my saturn was alot more detailed. Don't the panels have maps on the covers?

What I did learn from the book is that once you have them installed with the relay in place they should work, they work from a position on the headlight switch.

I'm heading to Pick'N Pull this mornin' to scavange more parts from the 1997 Sport that is out there. SO I'll get the fuse box cover, and look at the Fuse Block Centre under the hood. I might even see if I can get the power seats if they are savable. I'll let you know this evenin' what I come up with. J

Ok, I jus' got back! No luck on a new/used bumper cover (the Sports was split due to high impact). BUT, I got my driving lights to work now. New Relay, New Switch, and VIOLA! They work! Now, off to find the front bumper cover and possibly the Quad Seating. LoL OH BTW, ETX Backup is where the Driving/Fog Lamp Relay goes. I had the switch and the relay but both went bad over time. Gotta love how people last minute decide they don't like things the way they are.
