I hope someone can help me, my caravan is wearing breakes only on the left front and right rear the other two wheels have little or no brake wear at all, Due to this I also get a warped rotor on the front and overheated components on the rear which ensures to me that I am only getting breaking on two wheels.

Remove the calipers and see if anything visible holding them up that is causing them to drag. If you can put some anti-seize on the caliper bolts etc for its sliding capability do it. Check Dodge if there might be a recall or TSB involving this problem also.
