Default Problems
Horn won't, Air bag light on, Crusie will not set on a 1997 all fuses are good. Anyone have an ideal?

Clockspring behind the steering wheel.
Call your dealer, there was a recall on them years ago. You might get it for free.
God knows I replaced enough of them over the years...

Yes clockspring very common and is under the lifetime warr for clocksprings
