Had an issue with me 95 caravan stalling when warm. It would start right up again, but then stutter and stall. I drove home with two feet, by keeping some pressure on the gas pedal. When the van ran, it still had lots of power. Did some searching on this forum, and then went out to have a look.

Checked the usual stuff like plugs, wires, air filter, etc. No error codes either! Several posts suggested a dirty throttle body. Well, I pulled mine out for a better look. It was very dirty. Got out the cleaner and an old tooth brush. I even pulled off the idle valve to really get it clean.

The good news is, the van runs great again, and the idle is smoother then before. It saved me some cash, and avoided a trip to the mechanic................who knows how that would have turned out!
