Default 01 Caravan front wiper issue

We had a major thaw the other day, so I lifted my wipers to let the ice and snow drain off the windshield (probably has nothing to do with the issue), but when I put the wipers back down I noticed the passenger one wants to sit ontop of the drivers....with a little nudge it goes passed, but it is really close to the other one....actually touches it.

When I run the wipers, the tip of the pass. one rubs against the middle of the driver one at about the half way point, the wipers still do the job but I would guess after a while is may become a bigger issue.

Anything I can do?...perhaps remove and re-align? (I can try to get pics tomorrow in the light if necessary)

Thanks in advance.

make sure there in the park pos (off) and in the down pos there are nuts under the caps at the bottom of the arm loosen the nut on the drivers arm and repos the arm higher on the glass and retighten. if the arm wont move on the glass lift up like you did to remove the ice and wiggle the are it should free up then move it and retighten both arms (nuts)
