03 t&c no start
Working on van that died while driving, currently won't turn over, tried Park and Nuetral. Voltage at battery is 11.4 when turning key. All power accessories work, blowers and windows, but I need to know where to start with this one?
I swapped a few relays with no change, starter, ASD, and a few others, is there a power center that I should look for? I'm currently checking fuses with ohm meter, finding nothing.
Thanks for the help, pressed for time on this one.

Charged battery, passed load test, still no start. Relays clicking, but it might have something to do with security system. The security light stays on in the dash, but when you turn the key everything goes out. Seat belt, air bag and theft light stay on.
This thing just died driving down the road, restarted once, then died for good. I'm kinda stumped here.
Thanks for any ideas.

Can you hear the starter "click" when you turn the key?
Does your dash light up properly? All accessories power up properly?
Try removing the stater relay and jump the two large terminals together and see if it cranks.

Dash powers up, but goes dark when turning key, as do the head lights. There are a few relays clicking when you turn to the "on" position, but going to "start" seems to kill everything. Releasing from start brings power back to the dash, radio and accessories. Theft light won't turn off, we tried both keys, and various lock/unlock sequences with no change in anything. Power locks respond to both fob and key in door. I've also had the battery disconnected for over an hour, and I've unplugged and reseated the connections on the computer.
It seemed like a huge voltage drop when trying to start, since all the lights went out, but now with a fresh charged battery that passes load test, I see steady voltage over 11.5 when going from "on" to "start." So it looks as though there is no draw at all when turning the key, and the lights still go out. Leads me to think there is something cutting power to the power center, like it doesn't recognize the key.
I had a similar situation in a Merc Mariner, died while driving, locked into theft mode and required a tow back to the dealer because the guy they sent out couldn't get it unlocked either. So my experience is very limited with security stuff.
We will try jumping the terminals to see what happens.
Thanks for the help rabbler.

I was pulling into a parking lot the other day and lost power. Wont start. Lights dim when turning key, no sounds. We have a new battery and it isn't the starter. No warning lights came on. Sounds like the same situation. I had it towed to a local mechanic. What is the PCM and how much was the bill. I'm thinking ours 2003 grand caravan went into anti theft or something. I might have to tow it to the dealer.
