Help! Trouble with HDD in '08 Grand Caravan
We LOVE our new (to us) 2008 Grand Caravan. What a treat it has been with its built in DVD, swivel n go seating and massive cargo space.
We're having trouble though with our HDD. My husband was so excited to have the capability to download our favourite music with such ease and all was good until today when all of our downloads have 'disappeared!' The screen shows NOTHING on the hard drive. What gives? I'll get it into our local dealership asap but thought it was worth checking with the 'real pros' here first. We did have a strange thing happen a couple of weeks ago where the screen froze but the playlist continued to play and even on turning the unit off the music continued and although the screen turned off it was still 'stuck' when we turned it on again. Was fine the next day, weird. We're driving to Orlando in a couple of weeks and really want this all fixed up before we go.
Any input would be appreciated.
