i have an 03 caravan sxt and she has been great untill about 4 months ago>the power steering has been whinning like she has low fluid but no leeks and the resivore is up to the spec. i have one bushing on the front left wheel upper sied that looks like it will need to be replaced soon,but will this cause this noise>or could air have gotten in the rack,if so wy no leek?



any ideas?

 

Sounds like you need a new power steering pump.. Good news is the part is cheap, less than $50, but not an easy job to replace.
