I have a 2000 Mini Van SE it has just over 75K & the Figgin warranty just expired last month.
Any way when the parking or driving lights are turn on my left turn signal stays illuminated then the "door open"chime dings.it constantly dings.

Any help in this matter would be grately appreciated.

Either the flasher or the multi function switch

 

I know on some other make cars when there is a 2 element bulb.Sometimes the solder points on the bottom of the bulb melts down over time touching each other. And that causes the turnsignal part of the bulb to light when the parking lights are on.
