my 2002 van temp guage is on overheat but doesnt even over heat, Also the bell is always on when driving for 15 mins, It takes long time to start have to crank it about 5 times before it runs , and sralls, What can it be my mechanic fixed a hole in the rad befoe this started happening. What can be wrong?

 

You dont fix a radiator....you change it....and when you do this, you change the thermostat too as maintenance....new coolant,bleeding......and your good to go
