My 05 caravan that didn't come with fogs now has a front bumper from a gc that had fogs. if I buy the fog lights, can I just wire them to the headlight switch? when i looked at an 05 caravan that had oem fogs it looked like they just came on with the lights. do I need to buy a light switch for a van with oem fogs?

i have an 09 GC, and its FAR from that easy... turns out you need the dealer to enable the new feature. which still to this day boggles my mind.

 

The main lights are controled by electronic parts named in my country "relevators" or some eom switches. to use a new ligths or fog lights wired to the oems, the work must be made with specialist and considering the electronic oem control., and deciding how or when you want the foglights turn on- off. Other friend told me "we" can make the foglights work separated, independents of oem electronic controls, like accessorie, like used in the tunnings.
