Default Adding VES to 2008 Town and Country

I have a 2008 T and C with RER MyGig, and obtained the full dual screen VES system from a dealer. I took it to my local dealer today, and they installed it, but have not been able to make it work, as of yet.

Does anybody here have any experiences they can share related to this?

If my van hadn't come with a MyGig, I doubt I'd get one after the fact. It's nice, but there's some really fine aftermarket units that are better. I'm not certain if any have internal hard drives, but that would be no surprise if they did.

And as an update, the dealership did figure out how to get the VES working, so no more worries there.

The VES units are on the CAN bus network. They have to be added to the vehicle's build configuration or all of the modules just ignore it. That has to be done by a dealer.
