2008 Caravan Keyless Entry

In case I have one working remote keyless entry, how can I program a new blank one?
On the Owner’s Manual procedure, two remotes are needed to program a new blank.
Does it work for one working remote?

I have the same case in my 2007 Dodge Caravan SXT and i obtained new Blank but couldn't program it; So, i need help also..!

I beleive without 2 working remotes, you have tohave the dealer do. it.

These remotes are programed by vin # so u have to go to a dealer for that
