Exclamation No Start

I am having a major problem getting my van to start. All of this happened 2 weeks ago right after i got fuel and the van decided it didn't want to start right after the fill up. Originally we thought it was the fuel pump, so we changed it and it still will not start, we even bought a new ignition coil and found it wasn't that so we took it back ( plus the old one is only 1 1/2 years old). We also changed the crank and camshaft sensors, still nothing. So my dad looked to see if there was any spark.... no spark, no fuel ( fuel pump does not come on). Today we changed the ECC ( engine computer) and still nothing. My dads OBD1 tool says that there are no codes on the old computer.

I need to know what the problem is before I continue to buy parts that don't even need to be changed.

More info:
1993 Dodge Caravan
3.3L Auto

Parts replaced ( within the last 2 years:
Fuel pump
Fuel filter
Crankshaft sensor
Camshaft sensor
Ignition Coil
Plugs (tops are rusty)
Wires (end that connects to plugs is rusty)

1st off no start for you means what??
-you turn the key at "on" check engine light on with all the other lights?
-Does it crank?
-Does it try to start?
2nd you said there were no spark....rusty plugs and wire aint good......look at the distributor, remove the cap.....look at the rotor
3rd you said you dont hear the fuel pump go on......did you look at the fuel pump relay?key on a finger on it you feel it click?
4th I would look at the asd relay too, ignition switch,BAD GROUND somewhere......

Oh almost forgot theres a technical service bulletin for this sympton.......faulty fuel pump relay AND ASD relay there located in the left front inner fender on a bracket theres 5 relays on it ( 2nd n 4th one)

Id look at asd relay 1st

Good luck

It wants to crank but it doesn't start. We thought it would be the relays but we couldnt see both going out.. now that u told us which ones ill have to get my wife to turn it over and ill see if they are clicking.

what does the ASD relay do?

okay, now 2,3,4,5 relays tick under the fingers but not number 1 (starting from the front). Going to replace the first relay and see what happens...

ASD relay = Automatic shutdown relay........

The ASD relay is an energizing and cutoff relay for many components as:
-Fuel pump
-Fuel injectors
-Ignition coil
-o2 sensor heater
When Ignition is turned to "run" PCM(computer) energizes ASD relay wich POWERS these components. If PCM does not receive a distributor signal(cam or crank) shortly after,PCM will de-energize ASD relay and CUT power to these components.

A full guess. I would replace it if you dont know how to test it

1st and Last relays are for radiator cooling fan 1 for low 1 for high speed

Good luck keep me informed
