Default 1999 caravan blower not working

Blower not working on any speed. Problem began as a delay of a few seconds when you turned the blower switch on. The delay grew over six months or so to a few minutes and now the blower doesn't work at all. I read that a bad resistor would only allow the blower to run on high speed. My blower is not working at any speed. I pulled the resister and other than a little rust no problems are apparent. Underhood fuse and relay are good. There is no voltage on the wiring plug to the switch. If you know the cause or have a real good suspicion that you might (or if you stayed in a Holiday Inn) I would appreciate hearing from you.

RickMN, Thanks for the good info. I swapped out known good fuses for the 10A and 40A fuses and swapped relays. I have voltage at terminals 30 and 85 (with ig. switch on). Jumping 30 to 87 worked one time (blower came on) but I can't get it to repeat. I checked voltage at the blower switch and there was none. I assumed the large red wire with the white stripe was the power wire to the switch but I checked all wires in the plug just to make sure. Incidentally, the air conditioner system is working fine and whenever the blower motor does come on it runs great at all speeds so I haven't considered the motor to be bad. Now I am looking for a wiring diagram to try to see where the power to the switch comes from.

Found wiring diagram. Power actually passes from relay through the motor to the switch. You should have voltage on every wire in the switch harness. The switch just picks which wire to connect to ground. No voltage at the switch when there is voltage at the relay means current is not passing throught the motor. Hence the motor must be bad. Since it operates intermittently I assume it has corroded contacts. Next step will be to check this out.
