2004 dodge grand caravan

My caravan seems to be dropping out of overdrive, around 55 or 60 it the transmission shifts down, for just a second then back to normal, my question is this the transmission or maybe a sensor that can be replaced.

sure there could be a sensor but without getting into drama, the true way to determine the activities of your transmission is to use a scanner, read and interpret the data it provides.
