I cannot for the life of me seem to be able to get to the last screw that holds the lower HVAC housing to the upper piece. The screw in question is the one in the back of the housing near the firewall.

The reason I am changing the motor in the first place is because the Resistor pack keeps going out so I want to change them both out at the same time. Am I correct in my thinking?
