Default Buying Used 2003 Grand Caravan Sport - What to look for?

I am thinking of buying a well maintained 2003 Grand Caravan Sport from a coworker. It has been well maintained with 110,000 miles.

What sort of problems should I look for that are common to 4th Generation Caravans?

Thank you for any guidance you can provide.

I'm a newby to this site but I own a 2002 Grand Caravan Sport. I would want all the maintanance records to be sure it was serviced as your co-worker says. With mine, the a/c condenser developed a leak (after warranty) cost me 400. From what I hear, the condensers and evaporators are some what problematic. Great little van for the money and easy on fuel cost.

One more thing.. run the codes. OK 2 more things; Make sure the transmission is in good shape. My tranny needed a rebuild at 85k (so AAmco says).

Tranny, tranny, tranny. check the service records on the transmission. I have an 03 with 120k km and have had nothing but issues since I bought it with 40k km on it 2 years ago. Luckily it had warranty in the beginning but it has been to the dealership probably 6 times.
