Swapping rims from a '98 to a '05?
I have a '98 Plymouth Voyager with 15" rims, and I am buying a '05 Caravan with 16" rims.
I have a set of snow tires, and rims for the '98. Will they fit the bolt pattern of the '05?
Also there may be an issue as the '05 has disc brakes on the back, not drums. There may not be enough clearance?
Thanks for any input.

Go to www.tirerack.com or some other site that sells rims and you can easily find this answer so you don't have to worry about someone giving bad info. But since you're buying that 05 and already have the rims from the 98, how much effort would it take for you to jack up the van, remove one of the 16", see if one of the 15" wheels fits and clears the brake calipers. If so, you're in luck. If not all your out is about 20 min of your life wasted for this experiment.
