Default hazy head lights

My mom has a 97 grand caravan se. a side from so engine ticking when it gets low on oil the van is fine. How ever the headlights have now turned yellow and makes night driving hard. can any one tell me how to fix them. She can't afford to buy new ones.

I think most any engine will tick when it gets low on oil...........As for the headlights turning yellow. Mine did that too. instead of spending 90.00 for new ones i use some "Novus Fine Scratch Remover" and polished the yellow right away. Now I have to polish them about every six months to keep them nice and clear but that is still better than spending the 90.00 bucks in my book.
