Doing a bit of research on the A604/41TE transmission, is it safe to assume, that these transmission(s) from a 3.3/3.8 (FWD) are interchangeable? I really wish I had my hands on a Hollander Book. Any input is appreciated.

 

from what i know ya and no. they will all bolt on the moter 3.3 or 3.8 but i know theres allot of probs with changes like 96/97 no prob. 98 differt converter, 99+ differnt plug for shifter senser. but if yall know the diff stuff and how to get around those changes yall cna put a 07 in a 96 and a 96 in a 99 and so on
