'03 wiper issue
on the neons, you take the 3 or 4 screws out of the bottom of the column cover, and remove the top and bottom halves. then there are a couple more screws that attach the switches to the column, and a big plastic plug that goes into each of them. you just unplug and unscrew the one that is needing replaced and it comes right off. once you have the right tools rounded up (i cant remember for sure, but some of the scews may be torx/star bits), you're talking about 30-60 minutes at the most to swap out the switch and get it back together.
of course, this was for the 95-99 neons, but i cant imagine that the caravans would be engineered much differently. if you have a haynes manual, you should look in it for more details.
