I'm looking after a friends kid for a week and need to put a 4 year old in the front seat. Does anyone know how to turn off an airbag in a 1999 dodge caravan? Thanks

 

why do you have to put them in the front seat? there are 5 positions in the back. If you still have to put them in the front, then the ONLY way to have that done is to take the van to a dealer and have a bypass switch installed. That's the ONLY legal and safe way to do this.

 

We are missing the back bench.Probably easier finding a bench at an auto wrecker.

some of them vans come with biult in kid seats so you dont need a booster
