I have a 2006 Grand Carvan 3.8L, was going thru about 1qt a month. Took it to a dealer and found the piston rings were not sealing. Any one else having issues with the 3.8L, only 3-4 years old seems way to soon to be going bad.

Oh thanks goodness i purchases, the Life Time Warrenty!! Oh and they replaced both slideing door motors and a few other minnor issues, only paid $100 for all repairs.

 

well, did they fix it? Seems the quality of chrysler products, just before the Germans dumped the company, really suffered

 

Yes everything is fixed and running well, all under warranty only had to pay my $100 deductible.

 

Wow, I should have gotten the 7/70 warranty, my 3/36 just ran out and my 06 grand caravan is going though 4 quarts in 3k miles
