latest warranty work (17400miles)
1) TSB 23-023-08 - wind noise at >90F and highway speeds, required sealant between windshield weatherstripping and A-pillers
2) sliding door sticking (re-check, software update did not fix problem)
Stored DTC U0202 "lost communication with right rear door". Stored DTC U0201 "lost communication with left rear door". performed wiring inspection, load tests, removed door and door trim panel, voltage drop tests, ground continuity test. Ordered left rear and right rear door modules (So I guess I get to make another trip back to the dealer when these parts arrive).
3) RRT 09-026 - replaced leaking radiator cap
4) Check Engine Light - performed RRT 09-039 updated PCM software
5) replaced rear bumper scuff plate that was warped (i think there was a TSB on this one)
6) perform RRT 09-045 ECM replace, ordered washer level sensor. WHAT's THIS - A COMPUTER REPLACEMENT BECAUSE OF A WASHER LEVEL SENSOR???
7) customer reported that vehicle stalled at stop light - would not crank for several minutes. Eventually re-started. No DTC's or TSB's - problem not duplicated
