Default 2002 Caravan issue with starting off from a stop

Hi all, I have a 2002 Caravan SE with 129,000 miles on it, no issues what so ever except for the one I'm posting today. Van has had recent maintenance (oil, trans filter/fluid). No problem found at that time, tranny pan was clean as could be and no burnt smells also. I will try to explain this the best as I can.
Any help will be appreciated.

After I come to a complete stop, then press the gas, I get the feeling like the wheels are not moving (but they are), a little vibration in the front from about 10 mph up until about 15 mph. Then around 20, the back end gives a quick shutter. Now if I slow to around 10 mph and press the gas, nothing. And also if I'm at a complete stop at a 4 way and turn, it's hardly noticeable. A whinny noise is heard (sounds like it's coming from the front) going up hills if I'm not over 20 mph also.
No problems at any other speeds, smooth as can be.

I've made a list of possible causes from what I can find online with similar issues, but that a huge list! I'd rather get the issue down to only a few causes.

Thanks

Sounds like tq conv. shutter. I would add a bottle of Lucas in it and see if it helps. If not the transmission may need to be rebuilt.

Thanks. I'll give it a shot.

The place I stopped at today didn't have Lucas, but they had Dr. Tranny's. After about 10 miles, it did a lot better at stop signs. but the slightest incline, it shuddered as usual. I'll give it a couple more days and see if I need to look into something else or if this stuff did the job. So far others have told me it's more likely a bad sensor.
