What should the fuel pressure be??

94 caravan 3.3L - what should the fuel pressure be if all it does is crank.
Should I get so pressure or no pressure since its not running?

You should have 45psi or so as soon as you turn the key to on, it should hold that pressure for at least 10 minutes with the key off. Doesn't matter if it runs or not.
