I know some of the 3rd gen caravans were covered but not sure about mine. I'm pretty sure mine is bad. My airbag light comes on intermittently and usually when I turn. I can sit all day long with the light off but when I turn the wheel it comes on. Anyways, I'm curious about the recall. If not covered I hope it's not a pain to replace.

 

Sorry, not a recall but pretty easy to replace as long as you have a steering wheel puller.

 

Nothing more satisfying than when the part you are replacing is obviously bad under visual inspection and then it solves multiple problems. The index pin was broken off, the signal cam came loose, and one of the wires was pulled out of the harness.
Now no airbag light, the cruise control buttons work on the first push, no noise when I turn the wheel, and my signal cancel works again.
