Have 2006 GC passanger slider will open about 6-10 inches, then stop. You can manually open and close OK. If you manually open and then try to close with remote, nothing happends. Door only opens a little from close.

Very common. Probably multiple threads on here about it. There is a track harness that runs in the lower door opening and from all the opening and closing, the wires break in the track so when the door starts to open, the door module loses power and the door stops. You can remove the harness and try to repair the wires or replace it. It is quite expensive now, seems the price goes up every day.

 

Thanks, I had read some of the other threads. I didn't see the problem I was having. I will check harness. I did electronics repair for 35 years, so I guess I can check a harness.
