I have a 1996 and I cant figure out why the turn signals wont work(left or right), I have checked all the fuses and they are ok.. The hazards (four way lights) are fine, head lights work, high beams work, brake lights work, but not turn signals. I was told that the it could be the relay, but since the hazards work that was ruled out.. Someone Help...

 

I would not rule out the flasher just because the hazzards work. It is a combo-flasher, meaning 2 flashers in one housing. Alot of times, when the signal light just illuminates but does not flash, if you tap on the flasher, it will work for a couple of cycles. Enough to let you know it's the faulty component anyway. Give that a try and let us know. We can get more in depth if need be.
