93 transmission won't shift

93 transmission won't shift

I have a 93 Caravan and last week the transmisson stopped shifting. It won't shift out of first gear. The fluid level is fine though. Any help would be great.

Could be that the torque converter is bad or the bands need to be checked, adjusted, or replaced.
