Rack Leak in Caravan

Caravan 3.3L SE (2004): Curious, would any one out there know the major causes that contribute or may contribute to a leak in the steering rack.
Curious if it's a common problem in Caravans?

Very common issue. I'm not sure why they blow, weather the end seals are just junk or if the bushings wear causing the seals to leak. Whatever it is, you can't get parts for them so you replace the rack.
