Neither window door switch will take the passenger door window down. Could it be a fuse, or a bad motor, and how to test it.

 

Three potential problems, 2 involve needing a scan tool. They will set a code in the bcm for a motor short and untill the code is erased, the motor won't work. there is a flash for the bcm so it looks for the short at each request to cure that. There is an issue where the bcm doesn't output the 5v to the window switch, it will only send like, 3.5v so when you hit the switch it doesn't go to the correct voltage and it doesn't know what to do. The third is a bad window motor, check the motor for power and ground, if it has both, bad motor.
