Unhappy 07 GrandCaravan Transmission Failure

Hi! I own a 2007 Grand Caravan. I bought it last summer at 84 000km (52 000 miles). since day one I have a strange feeling about the transmission: when the vehicule is almost at a complete stop, i feel a little bump (gear changing) and a small backlash from complete stop to drive. So I go to the dealer and the guy tells me everything is fine. Anyway, my van is still covered by warranty. Several weeks pass and we leave for... vacations! We are fully loaded and drive for about 5 to 6 hours. I stop to check some informations, everything is fine. Put the shifter in D and hit back the highway. Did I told you we're fully loaded? Speeding up to merge with the traffic, the transmission stays in the low gear for a long period. So long, I have to release the gas pedal and put the shifter in neutral to stop the "kickdown-like-mode". Put back the shifter in drive and everything is fine. So fine that we arrive at destination and notice nothing. The next day, surprise: no more Reverse! Completly blowned. Here is a list of what they changed:

After the repair, I still feel some "bump" with gear change. I paid for an upgrade for the transmission software last november. Still some "bumps". Last weekend, drove for about 3 hours, stop five minutes, go back on the highway... You got it! BLOWN AGAIN!!! Here is the list :

Here are my questions:
1- Are "bumps" are normal/ok?
2- Have you heard of similar failure?
3- "Same" problem, different parts. I'm getting confused
4- Will it happens gain? 8(
5- ...Any idea???
6- Is there a retrofit kit with a good old clutch pedal and a big shifter stick!?
Please help 8)
