Default 2003 caravan braking problem

I bought the van used just recently and i replaced all the brake pads and rotors. I've had the van maybe 2 months and noticed that the pedal will go all the way to the floor and the van stops slowly. I tried to bleed the system but the condition stays the same. There is no fluid loss or leaks or drips of any kind. I was thinking it might be the brake booster but i read in another post that the brakes would be hard to push, harder then if the brakes were manual. I also checked the brake lines to the front calipers which don't look cracked or in bad condition. I'm not sure what is causing this condition.

It will be going in to get checked out on monday but i was hoping someone might be able to help here?

thanks

Have you checked the master cylinder fluid level? Not to sound crazy, but I put new pads on and drove the car out almost into a wall, because I didn't pump them up. Check for a leak.
