Default tire sizes and strobes

I was gone ask for my buddy. He has a 1996 grand caravan, and was wondering if a set of 235/75/15 tires would fit without any adjustments to anything? also we were wondering if anyone with a caravan had strobe sets, like for fire fighting and what nots. thanks

assuming yours are 215/70/15 than the 235/75/15 would be 7% bigger or

26.8"(215) =28.8' (235)

60 mph would read 55.8 mph

And i'm sure there would be interferince problems in front.
