NOTE: The cold weather state information has been added to this notification.
Effective immediately all repairs on involved vehicles are to be performed
according to this notification. Rapid Response Transmittal (RRT) 09-069 and
Service Bulletin (SB) 24-003-09 is no longer applicable for the involved vehicles
only. Those vehicles that have already had this repair performed, as determined
by our warranty records, have been excluded from this notification.
IMPORTANT: Only vehicles sold or currently registered in “cold weather”
states are involved. See “Owner Notification and Service Scheduling” section
for a list of cold weather states.
