Default wiper problem

searched and did everything possible but still has problem

1998 caravan wipers do not shut off!. followed FSM and did exactly what it said but no luck

so far all parts changed are known good from the exact same van. wiper switch, bcm, relays, and completel wiper module assembly.

when turning off wipers, they go on delay, when on delay everything works normal, when on low fine, high is fine, turn off and the wiper goes to the fastest delay. scanner is suppose to have .5v w/ switch off but it shows 4 to 5 volts and the wiper on on fast delay with the switch off. unplug the switch and no change.

any pro's come across this?

If your showing power on the mux wire with the switch unplugged, you need to check and see if there is actually power there because if there is, it's bleeding in from somewhere.

with the dark green/yellow wire removed from the bcm connector, the scanner still shows voltage. It's had a couple bcms all show the same thing from known good vans
