In my 99 caravan 3.0, when I turn on the AC the engine revs up when starting from a stop and does not seem to have any power. I turn off the AC and get the van going just fine then turn it back on once I am up to speed and all is well.

I have replaced the air filter and sprayed carb cleaner into the intake. Any ideas?
