Hi to all...How good are the 3.3 engines, assuming they are properly maintained? I used Mobil1 on all my vehicles, have also used this M1 on my supercharged Z06, with no issues .......This is assuming 95% highway miles, most miles driven in a warm climate.....Oil changes at approx 4-5000 miles with a quality filter...Thanks for your input...

 

3.3 has been around a long time. Most seem to be pretty bullet proof. I have a '93 with 350,000 on it and it still runs like a champ. Looks like hell but it gets me to where I'm going.

no, by the time the day gets done, I'm pretty tired of fixin cars. I abuse my own stuff pretty bad. Except for the wife's ride, no choice there

 

tizzy no tranny work or engine? wow thats good wish the new 2010 do that.

 

My brother used to own it and had a service contract so I put a reman trans in it at 100K just because I could. I wasn't having any issues. No engine work at all except for tune ups and the usuall maintenance.
