Side of radiator leaking and electric fans not coming on

So the fan relay and the fan module are the same thing? If not, what is the one behind the air filter assembly? And if they are both different, then what I am asking is for the location of the other device. Maybe you meant they are both in this area. Now I found one that a little square box on the frame but am not sure how to unplug it. It has a red tab that slides but I can't disconnect it. How does this work?

OK. All fixed. New relay in and fans are now coming on. Just to note that once the red tab is pulled you have to squeeze the back end of the plug before you pull it. I figured it out once I bought a new relay. Thanks Master tech and Dakota Raven for your help.

Colling fans module
Thought I would just throw this in.
I have a 2000 Caravan and found my fan module under the driver's side headlight. They're costly. I had to take out the rivets and put the new module in. It worked fine after that. I'm just thankful it was only that.
