can it be easily changed?

 

IDK never needed to change one. heck my 2003 t&c has 250,000 miles on the original filter. never had one go bad since EFI engines came out. they prefilter the fuel so well never need to change one. In fact, I can't remember the last time I changed a fuel filter. been at least 15 years now.

 

To change it, you'll need to lower the tank some to get access to the filter. It isn't that big of a deal.
