Default 2000 caravan sport questions

hello, I am wondering what to watch for problem wise, I am not 100% sure what engine/transmission this one has in it, but I know how failure prone the T-drive FF transmissions are (going by first gen concord and LHS for reference), but have no clue what else to expect out of this van.

We have a 2000 base caravan w/3.3L Flex Fuel engine. Had it for about 6 or 7 years. Biggest problem we've had is with the servo pack on the transmission leaking, plus the transmission cooling lines leaking. Other major problem was the A/C stopped working. turned out to be leaking freon under the dash. MAJOR repair at the dealership since they had to drop the entire heater box where the evaporator core was located and replace it. Other than that, normal wear and tear and it's been a good reliable vehicle.

just look at ALL the posts throughout this forum. That'll tell you everything you can expect to go wrong. (trans, instrument cluster, wiring, wipers, heater, suspension, strut towers, engine leaks, water leaks into the interior, etc, etc, etc....)

I don't mean to be lazy, here, but there are a LOT of posts in here, and I don't know what changed over thee coarse of the 3rd gen vans, so I was hoping for a general list of common problems.

That should be a good indicator as to the reliability and problems you can expect. read the gen 3 posts any post that says gen3 and years 1996-2000. nothing really changed 1996-2000
