fyi - trico has just added a new part number to its line of rear wiper blades for the newer-style rear arms and it fits the 2008+ Dodge Grand Caravans (and Chrysler Town & Country). Its called the trico exact fit rear blade 16-E. FINALLY...

Do you know how to remove a broken arm hub from the glass of a 2009 Caravan. The blade is broken off. I have a new arm to put on if I can get the hub off. So far, I tried spraying it with lubricant.

They make a tool for that but I'm not sure where you'd get it. Otherwise - in a very careful manner - using a flat edge screw driver alternating sides can work.
