disconnecting power steering pump from mount
I have a 97 dodge grand caravan and in the processing of replacing of the power steering pump. Have removed the exhaust system and disconnect the power steering pressure and return hoses. The pump is all that remains. However, access to the 3 bolts connected to the mount is quite difficult to say the least. What tool do I use to disconnect the pump from the mount or do I have to disconnect the mount(and how) and then remove the pump?

I found it a lot easier and quicker to drop the axle shaft instead of the exhaust. I use a 15mm deep well socket to get the 3 bolts off behind the power steering pump pulley. it's not all that hard a job, I can do it in about an hour.
