Question Dead power sockets

So today i got into my 2000 caravan and discovered that my 12v plugs did not work. I've tested both the front and rear plugs with known good accessories, and get the same result. No Power in either the run or acc key positions. All the fuses look good(the sun set on me soo i'll look at them again in the morning.)

Any ideas?

Also last couple of weeks i've noticed that my accessories would not power on untill about a min to two after i started the van. Could this be a bad or sticking relay? is the accessory pugs on the same relay?

Oh and everything else seems to be working properly...

Thnx

Ok, i've checked all the fuses and they look good. I took a meter to the power wire and to a known good ground and have 0V. Any ideas?

Thnx!
