Oil Drain Plug Torque Settings

I'm about to change the oil on my 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan 4.0L SXT Crew for the first time. Can anybody please tell me what the torque specifications are for the oil drain plug?

ive changed mine recently and all i did was just hand tight as much as possible. i did not like overly tightened to like the full force i could but as best i could tell it was tight.
